Grades 1 to 5 – Cambridge Curriculum

At Wellspire International School, Grades 1 to 5 follow the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, which provides a strong foundation in core subjects while fostering creativity, inquiry, and global awareness. Students study the following subjects:

  • One Indian Language – Telugu or Hindi

  • Each year, History lessons introduce world civilizations, helping students connect the past with the present.
This stage lays the groundwork for conceptual clarity, communication, and global awareness, ensuring alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 through a focus on experiential, multidisciplinary learning.

Grades 6 and 7 – Integrated Curriculum

Grades 6 and 7 follow an Integrated Curriculum that blends Cambridge and NCERT frameworks to strengthen both international and national learning standards. Subjects include:

At Wellspire International School, learning extends beyond the classroom through a wide range of enrichment programs that nurture character, leadership, and global citizenship. These programs are designed to complement academic learning and align with the NEP 2020 vision of holistic education.

Enrichment Programs for Holistic Development

In collaboration with DUCO, the Junior International Award for Young People (IAYP) encourages students to set and achieve goals in areas such as sports, cultural pursuits, community service, and skill development. It promotes self- discipline, teamwork, and resilience — key attributes of global citizens.
Students actively participate in the Bharat Scouts and Guides movement, where they learn values of service, leadership, and responsibility. The program builds essential life skills through outdoor learning, teamwork, and community-based activities.
The Life Skills Program is woven across all grades, focusing on emotional intelligence, communication, decision- making, and self-management. Through interactive workshops, reflection circles, and real-world projects, students develop the confidence and adaptability needed for lifelong success.
